The Bihar Council of Medical Registration

Bihar Council of Medical Registration is an Autonomous Body constituted under the provisions of the THE BIHAR MEDICAL ACT, 1916 BIHAR ACT II OF 1916, and governed by the Rules & Regulations framed under this Act.

The said Council shall consist(s) of ten members, namely:- Three members to be appointed by the State Government. One member to be elected by and from the member of the Faculty of medicine of the Patna University. One member to be elected by and from the member of Faculty of Medicine of the Bihar University.
